Oh, So Delicioso! Store Polices

RETURN POLICY: Due to Health regulations, there are no returns. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same product. Product MUST be unused. YOU MUST VERIFY PRODUCT WORKS BEFORE YOU USE IT. We do not accept returns of products that are used. All products must be returned in their original product box (packaging must be in excellent, re-stockable condition - no rips or tears) and original shipment packaging at the buyer's expense.

Under certain conditions Oh So Delicioso! offers the following Return Policy for same product exchange only:

All returns must be authorized and returned at the buyer's expense. Exchange items will not be issued until the contents have been received, examined and condition of product verified. We are not responsible for returned items that become lost in the mail and are not received. We suggest you return your item by UPS or with a USPS confirmation number. Only items received in original packaging will be eligible for exchange. Our return authorization number must be shown on the return label or the item will not be accepted.

If the returned item meets our guidelines, we will refund under the following options:

1. In the case of an item received in defective condition, we will replace the item with no additional charge to the buyer.  Replacement will be made when the returned and defective product has been received and unused condition verified. 

2. If the product is no longer available or out of stock and no other suitable product is available at the same price point, the buyer will be given store credit matching his purchase price (minus any shipping charges).
